Unit Reports

On the match:
"It was an open game with many rallies. But somehow when I saw the draw I thought that we had more chances. I don’t know why but I felt that we can manage to somehow win a medal."

On having secured at least a bronze medal, going for gold:
"Every time a medal is a medal, no matter what is the colour. We are happy that we got a medal but we still want to make it to the final. In the final everything is possible."
On securing a medal:
"Especially for me it means a lot, because I play with ’Eliza’ (doubles partner Elizabeta Samara, ROU). We didn’t play much before, we were in the quarterfinal in the world championships and now we are in the semifinal in the European championships. She likes to play doubles and she is good in doubles so to have her next to me is very important.
She’s telling me what to do every time and I’m trying to listen because I trust her and I know we can play really good together.
"To have a medal is a good feeling but to play the final would be much better."
