On the win:

"I'm very happy for my win against the European junior champion. It was a tough match. Before the match I was a little bit nervous but the coach helped me with tactics and I felt better.
"I was expecting a hard game and it was, but at the end I made fewer mistakes than him and won."

On how he has prepared for the European Championships Munich 2022:
"We had training camps in Greece with the national team all together. We also went to Budapest in Hungary to train together with the Hungarian and Spanish national teams.
"It was good because we practise with different players. We are so used to Greeks so it was something new for us that will help us to easier adapt into this tournament."
