On winning bronze
On consistently making the podium:
"It's an amazing feeling. I start winning the medals 15 years ago, so I'm still in the top three, it's amazing."

On continuing in the sport:
"It's a big emotion for me. I'm really happy that I keep winning the medals. I hope maybe in the next year (I'll be) first."
On winning silver
"I've been in K2 for five years, so now after five years (being) in K1 I didn't know what to expect from this year. I changed my coach and since then everything has gone really well. I won two world cups in 200, I won silver in the world (championships) and silver in the Europeans.

"If this year I'm this good, I can only imagine what I can do better next year."

On the race:
"I was hoping for gold but the start was not perfect. In the end it was enough for second place. Emma (Jorgensen, DEN) did amazing, she's training just for seven weeks so I'm really proud of her."
On winning gold and defending her title
"I'm very happy that I have double gold. That's amazing, only with seven weeks and five days of training. That's a little bit crazy.

"It means a lot to stand here and defend the 200m even though it's not on the Olympic schedule any more. I'm very satisfied with my race, and I know there's definitely more to come."

On the 2023 season:
"Next year will definitely be tough as well as that's the qualification for the Olympics. So a lot of training, a lot of mental preparation and still have fun and enjoy the life of being a professional kayaker."
