On winning silver

On the medal:
“There’s something very special about being a team, and it’s even bigger to win for your nation in a group. It’s a big thing.”

On their performance:
“We have had some good and bad races the whole season, but this one was definitely the top. We all hoped and believed that we had the level to medal if we had the perfect race, but we ended with a bad race in Canada for the worlds. Coming back and finishing with this amazing race, that was all we have dreamed of.”

On moving on from the world championships, where they missed the final:
“In Canada we knew it was not our best race. It was just like put it aside, and we knew we could do better than that. It was one bad race and then we had a lot more to give.”
On winning bronze
"It was very tiring. It was a long 500 metres because of the headwind. At the beginning we had a very good start. The finish was very close, we were very close to the second and the first K4.

"We are all very happy with our bronze medal."

On their preparation:
"We started to train together right after the worlds (championships) so we had one or two weeks. It's not too much, but all together we are very happy with this I think."

On the team spirit:
"We are in a good mood. The mood in the K4 is always good, we're always laughing. It's helpful."
On winning gold

"We have a good start. We are only focusing on ourselves, we didn't see anything else."

On their emotions:
"We're feeling very good, we have all golds in Olympic distance (events). We are super proud of our group and super motivated for (Olympic) qualifications in another year."

On the secret of Polish success:
"It's too much secrets.

"It's hard working and our staff and team really help us in this year, this is very important."

On what they enjoy about the sport:
"We love the sport. This is our hobby, our life."
