On winning bronze: |
---|
“For me it is the second medal in these European championships (after silver in the team pursuit on Friday). These were also the two races where I knew I was going to start and I tried to give my best.” On the difference between individual and team pursuit: “Those are two similar events, but at the same time they have different characteristics. Yesterday was definitely an intense effort, especially the semi-final. Today I tried to give my best in qualifying to at least win the final, then tonight I gave everything and brought home this medal.” On what she is going to do next: “Now I have a few days off to recover. I'm certainly hoping for a call-up for the world championships in Australia (road). The other goal is the track world championships in France, both team pursuit and individual pursuit, and I hope to get more satisfaction.” |
