This is simply amazing. I am so thankful to be able to run here today and run again in the semis here. Now I need to calm down and recover well. In 24 hours I am back here again. I saw that the pace was not too fast, so I thought "just let it roll with them". I knew that Jemma was still going to push. I do not know what happended 80 metres before the finish line, but everything could have been finished for me then. So, I guess I managed that situation really well. I made sure to stay third. I live from Munich and start for the local club LG Stadtwerke Muenchen. I was one of the faces of the campain for these champs. It was really fun, it was well belanced with my training and other things. I loved to make this event know in Germany and yet, it is good for me that nobody expects me to win the gold medal here. So there is no pressure. I will study who is in my semi-final and then think about a strategy. Now

I just wanted to run in a safe way and get through. I didn't watch the heats, I completely focused on myself. We have a really good 800m Team GB here - I would really love it for us to be all in the final and contend for the medals.
