My coach and I, we know that we have semi finals in the morning so the plan was to run as comfortably as possible and it felt really good so I am happy with how I ran this race. I hope I have got a lot more for tomorrow. I do not mind running in the morning, I actually prefer to run in the afternoon. That is my best time to run but I will be ready for it. These championships are very important for me because last time in Berlin, I came fourth. So I have been thinking about a medal all year. It is going to be tough - there are some great opponents but I am going to give it the best try. Anything is possible and I am confident.
