Second 43.33 Q
A. Burghardt, leg 1: The change was not ideal, but we found a good solution. So, everything went well in the end. L. Mayer, leg 2: Running here was great, the atmosphere was crazy. Four week ago I did not think that I would be running here in this stadium. In a relay, in the final, anything can happen. And we have our home crowd which will support and push and carry us. B. Wessoy, leg 3: Goose-bumps all over! The crowd pushed me so much. This race is my personal big happy end, R. Haase, leg 4: The goal was to make it safe, have a Q. No we can go home relaxed. Gina Lueckenkempers injury is a difficult situation for us. But we are an experienced relay. We have a flexibility in the relay. We trained yesterday and we are ready for any situation. We are strong.
Winner 43.24 SB Q
GNAFOUA: I ran the first leg and it was amazing. It was also a little bit stressed because of the cold and also because this was the first time we ran together as a team. JOSEPH: Our changes were really smooth. We trained a lot and it is all worth it. PARISOT: We really work as a team, we spend much time together. The last two weeks we were really working hard. LECONTE: I am very happy bevcause my finish was good and the team won. We want to win in the final.
