I had a really good start but then I let the crowd push me a bit too much. The first 100m were mega, extremely fast and I had to pay for that on the last metres. I felt the lactate, plus on the last metres I made some technical mistakes. I will try to avoid these and so I hope to run a sub-23s in the semis. The second round is normally better for me, this is why I am quite optimistic for tonight's semis. I did not pay much attention on whom I could spot in the stadium. The atmosphere is fantastic and I guess it will be even better tonight.

I think it was a pretty good heat for me but I can say that there is still so much to improve. Like my start, obviously I have to work on it.
But I had good feelings in the blocks and nothing is bothering me right now. I believe in the fast time tonight.
