K. Kranz, leg 1: I did not get out of the blocks so well, so I think I still can improve on this. There is potential to run faster. The change was solid. L. Ansah-Peprah, leg 4: I saw that the first change was quick, we were leading, this gave me a lot of courage. I did not get off so well, so next time I could be some tenths of a second faster. But the most important thing is that we are in the final with a big Q. On the finish line I wanted to do something cool and sent a kiss to the audience. I guess this will be ok for the coach because we came first with a NR. We are now very relieved, we feel great. We knew that we had to go very fast. K. Kranz, leg 1: In the final we want to achieve another NR and win the gold medal in front of our home crowd.
