Women's Floor Exercise

On defending her European title on floor:
"I’m in a bit of a daze, I’m shocked to have retained my title and to be honest it hasn’t really sunk in."

"I was quite disappointed about the vault (she finished fifth), where I did not get the result that I wanted. There was a big challenge in front of me to pick myself up. I wiped it away and thought: 'I have another final, another chance to redeem myself'."

"I tried to start fresh in the floor final and that's what I did. It came with the gold, which I am very pleased of."

On her routine:

"As I stepped onto the floor, all I thought was it will be my last floor routine with this floor music, I wanted to give it my all. It was the best what I did. To hear the crowd cheer for me when I did my tumbles and my dance was amazing."

On taking silver
"I am very happy to have finished these European Championships with three medals (gold with the team, silver on floor, bronze in the all-around). Obviously today I wanted to get the gold, but I didn't manage because of some errors in my routine."

On having to compete after seeing teammate Asia D'Amato (ITA) getting injured on vault:
"It was not easy to do this competition today knowing that Asia had this injury. What I want to say today is that this medal is for her."

On the secret behind team Italy's success at Munich 2022:
"The biggest key is that we live together 24/7. We're not just teammates, but we're sisters. We are a real great family and that is the key."
On taking bronze
"I am very happy to have won this bronze medal at my first-ever Europeans as a senior."

On the support from the crowd during her floor routine:
"I could really feel the public and this amazing crowd. They were such a great presence during the competition. This has helped me doing my best during the routine."

On Italy having won seven medals in the senior competition:
"I am very proud, because as a country we managed to show others how valuable we are and what we can do in a contest like this. I am very proud of all of us."
